Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose (plant fiber), stearic acid, coscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silica, aqueous film coating (purified water, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol).

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take two tablets two times per day with water for the first two weeks. Take one tablet each evening with water for maintenance purposes.
